In-app 1-2-1 Coaching
This service allows individuals to improve their wellbeing working with a personal coach. Much like personal training for fitness, through an app. Users can also choose to improve mental health or nutritional health. Once a coach is assigned they receive daily, weekly & monthly tasks, challenges & habits from their coach to complete. Users talk to their coach as much as they want or need to through in-app messaging.
Whether you want fitness classes in your workplace, your residential block or outside, we deliver an array of classes ranging from high intensity & strength classes to yoga & pilates practices to kickboxing & animal flow classes. Indoor or outdoor our staff make sure users are having fun and enjoying themselves. These sessions are recommended to boost morale and create an in-house community.
These courses or sessions are delivered to allow users to take a step back, learn how to be still and understand their emotions and surroundings. Whether you are looking for an intense 8-week course or a weekly mindfulness sessions, we have you covered. Available in-house or on-demand.
These days are are highly recommended to increase community engagement, in the workplace or in a residence. The best thing about these days, are that you create them yourself. You can choose to have health assessments, advice stands, massages, seminars & more. So, whatever your budget, we can make something fantastic fit. Wellness days create conversation in the office about topics across mental and physical health topics.
On health assessment days, 20 individuals can book their 20 minute slot with the health assessor. Users are able to choose the type of health assessment when they book from:
food diary analysis
cardiovascular endurance assessment
body fat composition assessment
PT surgery, where users can discuss 2 topics of their choice
On completion of a health assessment, a report is created with practical tips to improve that area.
Head, neck & shoulder massages
These express massages are the perfect de-stressor. They release the muscular tension around the neck and shoulders, whilst increasing blood flow and relaxing the mind. During a head, neck & shoulder massage day, there are 20 slots that last 15 minutes and they are extremely popular. These days are very engaging days and users are always happy receiving them.
In-house workshops/seminars are available for purchase throughout the year. They last between 45 and 60 minutes depending on your preference and over topics across the wellbeing spectrum of mental, physical, social & nutritional wellbeing.
