The programme has 3 important stages. PREVENT, PRACTICE & PROGRESS. Each stage exists to empower a different employee in a different stage of the behaviour change journey. The programme moves the inactive population into activity and works with the active audience to avoid relapse.

We assign you a Support Manager to be with you every step of the way
