Mindfulness courses

We deliver 8 week mindfulness courses, in small groups or teams promote awareness of your mind and body through the cultivation of mindful awareness.

It is suitable for people wishing to enhance their general physical and mental wellbeing. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety and/or recurrent depression, this course offers some skills in how better to respond to the 'ups and downs' of everyday living.

Courses can be delivered, online or in-house.
