Following on from Mental Health Awareness Week, we would like to offer another week of free events, to keep you on track and progressing on your wellbeing journey. 

Men's mental health discussion

In this expert led discussion, Accredited Psychotherapist, Charley Lee talks about men's mental health and how it's okay to not be okay and how we can overcome negative thoughts. Charley will also answer any questions you may have.

Developing your mental health toolkit after lockdown discussion

In this expert led discussion, Chartered Psychologist,
Dr Ravi Gill talks about how we can be proactive, plan ahead and implement a strategy to come out of  lockdown in a positive and productive manner.

How nature can make you kinder, happier and more creative discussion

In this expert led discussion, Clinical Psychologist, Dr Naomi Middleton talks about the impact that nature has on our mental health and how it further impacts are behaviours. Nature is the theme of Mental Health Awareness Week and an important topic given the last year of lockdowns.

Guided meditation practices

Throughout the week there are different mindfulness practice each day. Each practice will have a different focus ranging from energy to wake up to gratitude to loving and kindness. 

Practices will last 20 minutes and participants have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have post meditation. 

Relaxation sessions

These 45 minute yoga sessions take place daily throughout the week. Again, they follow a different focus each day, including vinyasa flow, yin and power practices. 

Sessions are available to participants of all levels, and the teacher will offer progressions and regressions in each practice. 

These sessions take place in webinar format, so your camera and audio will not be turned on, additionally you are able to type in any questions you may have for the teacher.

Stress release sessions

These 45 minute high intensity sessions take place daily and range from HIIT training to kickboxing to strength workouts. They are designed to increase your heart rate, sweat and release feel good endorphins to remove any physical and mental stressors. 

Sessions are available to participants of all levels, and the teacher will offer progressions and regressions in each practice. These sessions take place in webinar format, so your camera and audio will not be turned on, additionally you are able to type in any questions you may have for the teacher.
